Let's cut to the chase: I know this subject & how to teach YOU
First of all, 22/7 is a LOUSY value to use for pi.
The value of pi is found on most calculators, to at least ten decimal places.
People should use that good approximate value for pi, and then round the answer at the end of calculations.
The old 22/7 is a remnant of the now long forgotten pre-calculator era.
Moreover, you have not described the figure whose area is desired, so this question is INADEQUATE in its present form.
