How long of a drive in minutes

What math equation do i use when adding square miles?

 

If driving at 30 mph in a city with street lights and stop signs how many minutes would it take to drive 4.5 square miles?

 

The Math equation used is not added with squre miles.

You can travel miles, but not square miles.  If you drive a distance d at a speed v without stopping, the drive time is

 

t = d/v

 

But if there are stops along the way, you have to also state long long each stop lasted, add up their times, and add their sum to the value of t from the equation above.  With the problem as stated, there is not sufficient information to answer the question (assuming you meant to ask for miles driven, not square miles).
