I’m not sure how to solve this cirlce question

Let the center of a circle that passes through the given points below be represented by (h,k). Use the distance formula to find the 3 radii in terms of h and k. Set these radii equal to create a system of 2 equations with 2 unknowns that can be solved for h and k. Find the radius of the circle. Use your center and radius to find the equation of the circle in graphing form, (x -h)^2+ (y -k)^2= r^2. Then, multiply the graphing form of your answer out so that your final answer is in the form x^2 + y^2+ ax + by + c=0.
L(1,-2), M(5,4), N(10,5)
