I can't figure out how to respond to message from tutors.

Do I have to enter my CC before it will let me return messages from tutors? Also, how do I know the tutors are near me?

If you are at the point where a tutor has given you a phone number, use it.

At such time as you communicate to a tutor, ask his or her location.

If you have not yet registered a a credit card with WyzAnt (to receive charges only when tutoring has occurred), do so.
