Ground Speed Vs. Attempted Speed

A plane travels at 400mph at a bearing of North 40(degrees) East but the wind changes the intended course. The velocity of the wind is 20mph at a bearing of South 10(degrees) West. Find the groundspeed and direction of the plane. Draw a picture of the given information.
