i see this tree

i see how hes dying

i beg him stop crying

he shed all of his tears in fall

for winters kiss is near

 

 

i see this tree

a home for the smallest

this tree is a promise

that even after winters death

life can be redeemed.

When you want to transform your poetry into prose:

Step 1. Break your poem into sections.

Step 2. Get rid of line breaks.

Step 4: Once you feel that the same message, mood, and tone are translated from poetry into prose, then you can submit for editing. I suggest reading it aloud a few times and then edit. You can get rid of things that are repetitive or inconsistent.
