This is wonderful. There is no perfect way, but I hope this method can help you.
When you want to transform your poetry into prose:
Step 1. Break your poem into sections.
Step 2. Get rid of line breaks.
Step 3: Complete your sentences and add subject verb tense. Make sure you add figurative language. For example, I would personify the tree in your poem, or I would add a metaphor or even hyperbole. 20 Types of Figurative Language (Examples + Anchor Charts) | Writing Beginner
Step 4: Once you feel that the same message, mood, and tone are translated from poetry into prose, then you can submit for editing. I suggest reading it aloud a few times and then edit. You can get rid of things that are repetitive or inconsistent. Make sure it is in the proper format, fix any grammar mistakes that are not intentional, and that you are meeting the requirements made by your professor.
