I am sure you meant to say it is a right TRIANGLE. You can find the hypotenuse using trigonometry.
If the angle θ is between the known side A and the hypotenuse C, then
A/C = cosθ ⇒
C = A/cosθ
If the angle θ is between the unknown side and the hypotenuse C, then
A/C = sinθ
C = A/sinθ
