where x = the number of napkins.  Since the woman can afford $1815 in costs:

 

$1815 = $1307.87 + ($3.07)* x

 

$507.13 = ($3.07)x

 

($507.13)/($3.07) = x

 

165.19 = x

 

Since you can't make 0.19 napkins, the woman can afford to make 165 napkins per month.
