If every hour is 3 gallons, and you need 90 gallons, then how many hours does it take?
Compare this to another example. If you make $10/hour as a babysitter, and you want to make $50 to buy a new dress, how many hours do you have to work? 5 hours, because $10*5=$50.
So, 3 gallons times how many hours = 90?
Or in otherwords, what is 90 divided by 3?
30.
