To do this kind of problem, you have to watch units.  You want to end up with miles/hour.  You have 7 miles/5 minutes.  Miles is on top. where you want it to be.  You want hour on the bottom mi/min * min/hr. = mi/hr

Do you see how the cancelling would happen?  Just fill in what we know, that there are 60 min in one hour, and multiply.
