Precalc problem- finding all real solutions

Can someone help me find the solutions of this equation? I tried a few times but I can't seem to get the right answer.

1 +          2x         =  2     +  4
      (x + 7)(x + 6)   x+7     x+6

Edit: Sorry, the formatting was a bit odd. Those spaces should have division symbols. So the problem is [1]+[2x ÷ (x+7)(x+6)] = [2 ÷ (x + 7)] + [4 ÷ (x + 6)]

It is not clear what equation you are trying to solve.  Please edit the question or clarify in a Comment.

Thank you for letting me know! I'm still a bit new to the formatting here. Those spaces should have division symbols.
