!Q:David sold his bowls to earn allowance during school vacation. The number of $2, $5 and $10-notes she earned were in ratio of 4 : 7 : 5. The notes were worth $2511 altogether. How many $2-notes were there?

If the number of bills is in the ration 4 : 7 : 5, then the ratio of the amounts is 8 : 35 : 50

 

8x + 35x + 50x = 2311
