x^2+3x-x^2-x=3
2x=3
x=3/2
So, for the first equation to be true
3x^2-6x-7=3
Substitute x=3/2
3*9/4-6*3/2-7
=27/4-9-7
27/4-16
-37/4 which is not equal to 3
So, the question is WRONG.
