asked 01/30/18I have a 1.6 water to 1 part cleaner ratio. How do I get equivalent to 4 parts water to 1 part cleaner?

Like Mark said, you need to add 2.4 parts water.
In other words, you need to add the amount of water you already have, and half that amount again. If you already have 8 gallons of water, you need to add 12, for example.

Thanks for answering my question, I may not be explaining myself. The 1.6 cannot be added to it is a number that I cannot add water to. The other part that is cleaner can be changed how much water do I add to the cleaner? 1.6 to 1 needs to be equivalent to 4 to 1 . The 1.6 can't be changed

Add 1 1/2 times water of the volume of cleaner.
For example, if you have 1 gallon of cleaner, add 1 1/2 gallons of water.
