4x+6=-202

4x=-208

x=-52

x+1=-51

x+2=-50

x+3=-49

 

without using algebra...

-202/4=-50.5 which is the mean of the 4 numbers and is halfway between the two middle integers: -50 and -51; the other two are -49 and -52
