I have a math problem that I can't seem to figure out! I can't figure out the formula or way to get the answer. I have no idea waht to do. This makes no sense. Help!

w is the inverse of the LCM of 9 and -7, that is -1/63
(-1/63)(-7) = 9
(-1/63)(9) = -7
