If Luxembourg has on Avg 30 minutes of sunlight less than Spain and spain has on Avg 5/6 times the hours of sunshine Morocco. Knowing that has Morocco 12 of sunshine per day, how many hours of sunshine has Luxembourg ?

Assuming, since you left out the city name, that Morocco has 12
hours of sunshine per day:
Morocco: 12 hours
Spain: (5/6)(12) = 5(2) = 10 hours
Luxembourg: 10 hours - 30 mins = 9.5 hours of sunshine per day
