Let's say she works h hours per week.
One weeks pay is 8.5h
Two weeks pay is 8.5(h1 + h2)
where h1 is hours worked week 1, h2 is hours worked week 2.
The above works so long as there is no overtime or other pay involved beyond hourly.
If she works full time and makes time and a half for overtime
then the pay rate for overtime is
1.5(8.5) = $12.75 per hour for hours over 40 in one week.
Letting h be the total hours worked in the pay period
1 week: 8.5(40) + 12.75(h - 40) = 340 + 12.75h - 510 = 12.75h - 170
2 weeks: 8.5(80) + 12.75(h - 80) = 680 + 12.75h - 1020 = 12.75h - 340
