Let d = number of cards in a deck

 

From what I can understand we have:

 

1op + d = 160

-(p + d =   61)       subtract from 1st equation

------------------

9p = 99

p = 11

 

p + d = 61

11 + d = 61

d = 50

 

Each deck has 50 cards and each pack has 11 cards
