How do I say .002 in words?

The difference between 49.2% and 49% isn’t 2%, it is actually .002 because written out those numbers are .492 and .490: If this is correct then how do you say the difference in words. Is it two one hundredths of one percent, two one thousandths of a percent or what?

0.01 = 1/100 or one hundredth

0.001 = 1/1000 or one thousandth

0.2% is two tenths of one percent

 

2% = 2/100 = 0.02

0.2% = 0.2/100 = 0.002
