Electrical connection needed for small restaurant business?

HI,

I have signed an franchise agreement with one of local fast food center. I am stuck in the process of initial set up for the business as my franchisor telling me to get 3 Phase 10 Kw eletrical connection to the shop. Currently shop is having single phase 3 Kw connection. I have already applied for the new connection but I dont think I will get the connection in time. The rent of shop and other such expenses are already started before even starting my restaurant.
I am not confirm if 3 phase 10 Kw connection is really that necessary or I can start my store right away with existing connection.
To give clear picture here are some of the item I am willing to serve: Burgers, French fries, Boneless chicken strips, Chicken buckets, Flame Grilled chicken etc.
Machine used: Weber Griller, Deep freeze - 200 liter - blue star, Small frier, Timer and breading
Commercial Sandwitch Griller etc

Could you suggest if I can start my shop with existing single phase 3 Kw connection till I get new connection?

It is a simple matter. Add the power of all equipment you have and add safety net of at least 30% more power needed. Consider this: if you need later to add a small or big equipment, you will need more power. Soda machine - more power;

TV to entertain public - more power.

Make smart choice: if you do not upgrade now, you may be in trouble later, when the business works and you need to close it, because  you do not have the right outlets and net.
