Rate: 80 mph
Time: not given- this is what the question is asking you to find.
Rewrite the equation to solve for Time:
Distance = Rate x Time
Distance/Rate = Time
Time = Distance/Rate
Here, we wanted Time by itself, so we divided both sides by Rate to cancel out the one on the right side.
Now just plug in Distance and Rate, and simplify if needed.
You could have also plugged the numbers in first, the solved for Time.
