What is the unit for resistance?  ohms, milliohms?  We cannot help you unless you confirm that.

John,

500 x 10-6 amps is the same as 500 microamps:

10-6 amps = 1 microamp

500 x 10-6 amps = 500 microamps

The answers are the same.
