The gentic problem above is showing a case of incomplete dominance. The offspring get one allele from each parent Black(B) and White (W).
The Parent Cross: BB x WW
All F1 offspring: BW
The F1 Cross: BW x BW
The F2 Genotype: 25% BB, 50% BW, 25%WW.
The F2 Phenotypes: 25% Black, 50% brown, 25% white.
