Let's cut to the chase: I know this subject & how to teach YOU
since t is in first quadrant, it's obvious that sin t = 3/5 (think 3-4-5 rt. triangle),
cos 2t = 2 cos2t - 1 = 2(16/25) - 1 = [32 - 25] / 25 = 7/25
sin 2t = 2 sin t cost = 2(4/5)(3/5) = 24/25.
Note that the sum of the squares of these two results above does = 1 (just checking)
