a = (1.00 x 10³)g = (1.00 x 10³)(980 cm/s²) = 980,000 cm/s²

 

a = rω² ⇒

 

ω = √(a/r) = √[(980,000 cm/s²)/(10.0 cm)] ≅ 313 radians/s

 

If you want revolutions per second, divide the answer by 2π.
