This question is poorly written; "any" work should refer to a specific kind of job (work) that is repeatable at a later date.

Does the later time of "double capacity" refer to just twice as many people (rated at the same competence as in the earlier event), or does "double capacity" also mean that these twenty people all individually also work at double the earlier rate?
