How do I solve for t?

I did the math for a physics problem, and got -1.225=.5(-9.8)t^2. The answer sheet says this is correct, and puts the result as .5. However, I don't see how to find this. I've used my knowledge of how algebra works, to no avail. How would I solve this problem, to isolate and solve for t?

Thanks in advance.
