z = (600-587)/98

z = 13/98

z = 0.13

 

Look z = 0.13 up on a z-score table (http://www.z-table.com/) and you get 0.5517, meaning that 55.17% have a score of 600 or less.  The percent that have at least 600 (600 or more) is 100% - 55.17% = 44.83%
