CI = 0.95

α = 1- 0.95 = 0.05

α/2 = 0.05/2 = 0.025

 

n = 15

n-1 = 14

 

t_{α/2, n-1} = t_{0.025, 14} = 2.145

There should be a t-Distribution table in the appendix of your textbook that you would use to look up this value.
