Are we missing grouping parenthesis?
(1/3)t - 6 = 15
(1/3)t = 21
t = 21(3)
t = 63
1/(3t-6) = 15
1 = 15(3t-6)
1/15 = 3t - 6
3t = 1/15 + 6
t = (1/15 + 6)/3
t = 1/45 + 2 = 2 1/45
As written we have;
1/3t - 6 = 15
1/3t = 21
1 = 21(3t)
1/21 = 3t
t = (1/21)/3 = 1/63
You really MUST include the grouping parenthesis
in order to know what problem to solve.
