Right Triangle ABC, where the right angle is C and the street light is BC, so B is the top of the the street light.
I drew mine with BC on my right and A on my left.
Line segment DE is perpendicular to AC, such that AE is 5 and EC is 15. DE is 6, as given in the problem, where
DE represents (the height of) the person.
Triangle ADE and ABC are similar right triangles because angle A is shared by both of them. This forces angles ADE and ABC to be the same.
By similarity proportions: 5/6 = 20/24
