Grade 9 math question! Need help asap!

A company offers internet for a maximum of 10 GB for $36. The costs of additional fees are $2.15/GB. Write an equation to represent this relation.

First of all, thank you so much for answering my question! So the equation is C=36+2,15x? If the amount of GB is less than 10GB, (for example) would x=-5 to represent 5GB because it is less than 10GB? And if the amount of GB is more than 10GB , would x=5 to represent 15GB?
