Formula for figuring people required vs. productive time

3.25 people can load 3.18 boxes per minute. The more people, the more boxes that can be loaded. What is the mathmatical formula if I want to figure variances in how many people I need based upon how many boxes I want loaded each hour? In other words, I want to put variances of the number of boxes and time allowed and tell me how many people I then need.

1 box takes 1.0220 people minutes

An example:

If you want 10 boxes, you could either multiply the number of people by 10, or the number of minutes by 10.

If you want 10 boxes and you can get only 5 people, then it would take 5 minutes
