are you confused about the "nCr" notation?
that should be known to you because it's the key to Combination problems such as this.
Compute the first value, 4C2; you should get 6.
compute the second value, and that gives the two numbers to be multiplied--that's your answer.
 
Your textbook and lecture should have covered this material. Review the book; also resolve to ask questions when in class if your understanding is not perfect.
