I am assuming there is only 1 more exam and that all 4 exams are equally weighted.  Let x = the minimum required score.

 

(100 + 95 + 87 + x)/4 = 93

 

x = 4(93) - (100 + 95 + 87) = 90

 

She needs a score in the 90 to 100 range.

After three exams, Juliana has a cumulative point total of 100 + 95 + 87 = 282

 

If the minimum average for an A is 93, and assuming that the fourth exam is the final one, then after four tests Juliana will need a cumulative point total of 93 * 4 = 372

 

372 - 282 = 90, so Juliana needs to score at least a 90 on the fourth exam. If there is no extra credit, then the range of scores she can receive and still earn an A is between 90 and 100.
