Five less than twice a number is equal to one half the difference of three times the number and 13. Find the number.

I got 13 for my answer but I don't know if that is right, please help?

I messed up when I put what my answer was, I was looking at the question when I was typing what my answer was. I got that equation and my answer was 23/7
