Yes, because all objects are contained in the set. It is easy to determine what is and is not included in the set. I know "!" is in the set and "?" is not. A counter example would be a set that asks a question with an ambiguous answer, such as "a set containing all good presidents" because 'good' is not defined, so it is difficult to determine what presidents are or are not in the set.
