Rates and derivatives

While you were out cross country skiing, you make a perfectly shaped spherical snowball. Unfortunately the temperature increases and the volume of your snowball decreases at a rate of -1cc/min. At what rate is the radius decreasing when the radius is 5 cm?

Note:  The rate of CHANGE of the volume is -1 cc/min, which means its rate of DECREASE is 1 cc/min.  That is why I show the rate of decrease of the radius as positive, even though its rate of change is negative.  It is a matter of semantics.
