This is the answer. To explain in a little more depth let's call the size of the moon 'M' and the size of the earth 'E' and the size of the sun 'S'.
Now the problem tells us the earth is four times the size of the moon, so that means
E=4M
The problem also tells us the sun is 109 times the size of the earth so that is
S=109E
We know that E=4M, so we can rewrite the above as
S=109(4M)
solving we get S=436M
