Is this another y = mx problem? They are are solved similarly. If you are given an (x,y) point, use that to get m.
m = y/x
Then knowing m, find a new y at a different x.
y = mx
I will work this one for you, but you should be able to do the rest now.
-4 = m(10)
m = -4/10 = -2/5
y = (-2/5)x
(-2/5)(45) = -18
y = -18 at x = 45.
