Remember to convert a decimal into scientific notation it will be in the form of
DECIMAL x 10^POWER (where the DECIMAL is between 1 and 10)
So, in this case
28, 866. 4702 = 2.88664702 x 10^4 (it's POSITIVE 4 since the decimal would move FOUR places to the RIGHT from 2.88 ... to 28, 866.4702 ...)
