 His yard is 20 feet long by 45 feet wide if the fence he picked out cost $25 per foot, how much money with Danny spent on the fence?

the yard is a rectangle

if Danny intents to surround the entire yard with fence then he needs

2(20)+2(45)=130 feet of fence  >>> this is the parameter of the rectangle

and since the fence cost $25 per foot

total would 130x25= $ 3250
