Goal: To find out how many grams of sugar in one square of a particular chocolate bar.

Given:
1 chocolate bar = 100 grams net weight (or 3.5 oz)
1 chocolate bar has total of 8 squares
1 serving of chocolate bar, according to wrapper, is 40 grams in weight.
1 serving of chocolate bar, according to wrapper, has 12 grams of sugar.

therefore,
1 square chocolate weighs 12.5 grams of chocolate (100 / 8)
40 grams of chocolate bar would be 3+ squares of chocolate which equals 12 grams of sugar.
So, 1 square of chocolate bar equals approximately 4 grams of sugar (or 1 tsp since 1 tsp of sugar weighs
approx. 4 grams).

Am I correct?

Thanks for your help.
