Mohammed, standard polar form is Ae^jθ where A is the square root of a squared plus b squared in the complex number a plus bi. θ would be inverse tan of b/a. So in 2+2i, theta is pi/4 (45 degrees) and A is square root of six. In the second(z2), this is the classic 30-60 degree triangle so a tangent ratio of square root 3/ -1 will be Pi/3(60 degrees) with an A of 2.

Hope that helps!
