Polar form is Ae^jθ where A is the square root of the sum of squares of a and b and theta is the inverse tan of b/a for a+bi. For z1 that's A=2. Theta is a bit more complicated. Here e^θ is cos Theta plus sin theta or 1 so the Polar form is 2.
For z2, A is square root of72 and theta is negative pi/4.
