The solution for the quadratic equation is given by X = (-b±√(b^2-4ac))/2a being a the coefficient of x^2, b the coefficient of x and c the independent constant.
Plugging the values into the formula we obtain:
x1 = (-1 +5)/6 = 2/3
x2 = (-1 -5)/6 = -1
