I assume you are asking about the point-slope form of the equation. Let's first calculate the slope:
m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)=(-5-5)/(-1-0)=-10/-1=10 <-slope
The point slope formula is:
y-yp=m(x-xp) where P(xp, yp) is a point on our line.
Both (0,5) and (-1,-5) are on the line, so let's choose to work with P(0,5).
After plugging the values in, the equation of the line is:
y-5=10x <-point-slope form
and of course you could bring this into slope-intercept form if you needed to.
y=10x+5 <-slope-intercept form
