How many employees preferred the company's current benefit plan?

Additionally, 5 out of every 8 employees preferred a different benefit plan. A total of 150 employees did not care one way or the other. 10/16 prefer different plan

 

3+10=13.  16-13=3

 

so,

3/16 don't care

 

The same percentage of people don't care as those who prefer the current plan.  So, current plan number is the same as those who don't care.
