"Percent" means per 100, which means divide by 100.  Think of the word century which is 100 years to help you remember.  Try dividing 32.5 by 100.  You will notice that the decimal place moves 2 places to the left.  This will happen with any number you divide by 100.  I'm confident that you can take it from here.  If not, just ask!
